About Aston Park

Aston Park is historic parkland in Aston, managed by Birmingham City Council, set around the Grade I listed Jacobean mansion of Aston Hall. The park caters for both leisure and sport, with a children's playground alongside a multi-use games area, a cricket pitch, full-size and junior football pitches, an all-weather sports pitch and a walking trail. The Aston Park Pavilion provides four changing rooms with showers, disabled toilets and facilities, and a large community hall, supporting organised sport and community use. Toilets are also available at the Aston Hall museum within the park grounds. On-site parking is available. The combination of a dedicated play area, extensive sports provision and the backdrop of one of the city's most important historic houses gives Aston Park a distinctive character. Its central location and well-maintained facilities make it a practical, family-friendly green space in inner-city north Birmingham, with plenty for active children and sports groups alike.
