About PlayRoom Sheffield
PlayRoom Sheffield is a modern indoor soft play centre at Bushbury House on St Mary's Gate, on the edge of the city centre in Highfield. It takes a tech-forward approach to play, combining traditional climbing with some of the largest interactive digital play screens in the UK Midlands, a ninja rail challenge with suspended rails, LED light slides, air-powered ball vacuum games and climb-and-cross adventures. The structures are fully padded and the venue includes sensory-friendly features and dedicated calm and creative areas with board games, making it welcoming for children who prefer quieter play. It caters for children from around six months up to ten years, running in 90-minute sessions. Food is a strong point, with a barista-quality coffee shop and a chef-led kitchen serving stone-baked pizzas, gourmet burgers and children's meals so parents and carers can eat well while the children play. There is also an unusual on-site launderette. Free on-site parking is available, and party packages come with a reserved party area and food. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm and weekends from 9:30am, so check the website for session times and current prices.
