About Playmania Sheffield
Playmania Sheffield is an indoor soft play centre on Orgreave Drive in Handsworth, in the east of the city. It is designed for younger children, catering for ages 0 to 8, so it has a calmer feel than venues aimed at older kids. There are two soft play frames with slides and a ball pit for active play, alongside role play environments including a garage and a supermarket where children can enjoy imaginative play. The layout suits toddlers and pre-schoolers well, with space for the youngest visitors. An on-site cafe serves food and drinks, with a menu and allergen information published online, so parents and carers can relax while the children play. Playmania runs daytime sessions, typically from 9:30am with last entry an hour before closing, and it is closed on the first weekend of each month, so it is worth checking the website before visiting. The centre is popular for birthday parties, with party packages starting at around £99 for up to ten children and dedicated party rooms available. Individual entry prices are listed on the website.
