About Marble Hill Park Playground
Marble Hill is a 66-acre expanse of Thames-side parkland in Twickenham, managed by English Heritage and set within the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. The grounds are free to enter, and at their heart is an enclosed children's play area near the picnic area featuring a mini trampoline, a climbing area and a willow tunnel. The play area is fenced and dog-free, so children can play safely; assistance dogs are the exception. The wider park offers restored gardens, woods and riverside walks, along with sports facilities including rugby, hockey and cricket pitches and tennis courts. A recently refurbished cafe serves food and drink, with toilets available at the cafe and inside Marble Hill House. There is a car park with 76 spaces including accessible bays, though parking charges apply to non-members. Entry to Marble Hill House itself may be charged separately, but the parkland and playground are free.
