About M House (The Mad House)
M House, also known as The Mad House, is a children's soft play and party centre on South Oak Way at Green Park in Reading. It is built around an extensive multi-level play frame with slides, rope bridges and climbing structures, plus a football and basketball court, catering for children up to around eleven years old. Younger visitors have their own dedicated toddler area for under-fours, complete with its own ball pit, giving babies and toddlers a safe, separate space to play. The centre takes pride in its cleanliness, promoting its under-4s ball pit as having the cleanest soft play balls in Reading. Parents and carers can enjoy the cafe, which serves freshly prepared meals to suit all tastes, while the children play. Getting there is easy thanks to ample free, secure parking on site. Opening hours run from 9:30am daily, closing at 5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 5pm Friday to Sunday, with last entry at 4:30pm, and the venue closes on a handful of public holidays. One adult goes free per group, with additional adults charged a small fee, and party rooms are available for birthday celebrations.
