About FunParx Edinburgh
FunParx Edinburgh is a large indoor adventure centre on Salamander Street in Leith, bringing together several activity zones under one ticket. The Critter Castle soft play is a three-storey frame with slides, ball pits and bounce nets aimed at children aged 0 to 12, with a dedicated area for the youngest visitors. Alongside the soft play, the venue is home to what it describes as Scotland's biggest ninja obstacle course with four courses and more than 25 challenges, a free-to-play retro arcade, and AirPark inflatable slides and climbs suitable for all ages. Grip socks are required for the soft play and slides and can be bought on site. Children under eight must be accompanied by a participating adult, and there is an on-site cafe serving pizzas, hot dogs, fries and drinks. Sessions typically run from 60 to 120 minutes, and tickets can be bought in advance online or on the door. The park opens daily, with longer hours at weekends. It is a short distance from Ocean Terminal in the heart of Leith.
