About Berzerk Derby
Berzerk Derby is a large active play centre on Kingsway Park Close in the Mackworth area, on the western edge of the city near the Kingsway Retail Park and A38. The centre is built around tall multi-level soft play frames with slides, ball pools and climbing and clambering features, plus trampolines, a football pitch and basketball court, and go-karts available for an extra charge. There is a separate, calmer area for under 5s with its own soft play and slides so younger children can play away from the bigger kids. A cafe serves hot and cold meals, snacks and drinks for parents and children, and there are party rooms for birthday celebrations. The centre is open seven days a week, generally 9:30am to 6pm, with Tuesdays finishing earlier at 5pm and a dedicated SEND session afterwards. Term-time weekday entry for ages 1-10 starts at £6.99, rising to £8.50 at weekends and in school holidays, with under 1s at £1.50. Free on-site parking is available. Booking online is recommended, especially during busy weekends and holidays, though walk-ins are usually welcome.
