About Reddish Vale Farm
Reddish Vale Farm is a long-established family petting farm in Reddish, Stockport, developed by the Dillon family and set beside the Reddish Vale countryside. It gives children an insight into rural life through a variety of traditional farm animals they can meet, pet and feed, alongside small animal encounters. Beyond the animals there is plenty to keep families busy: an indoor soft play area, a large outdoor adventure playground with air bouncers, ride-on tractors and coin-operated sand diggers and quad bikes, and tractor train rides that run at weekends and on bank holidays. The farm also operates a horse riding school with riding lessons and pony grooming for those who want to book separately. The tearooms, which served their first customer in 1999, provide hot food and drinks, and there is on-site parking. The farm is licensed to current animal welfare standards. Opening is centred on weekends from 10am to 4pm, with some shorter weekday sessions, so families are advised to check the website calendar before travelling as hours vary by season.
