About Flip Out York
Flip Out York is an indoor trampoline and adventure park on Rose Avenue, part of the national Flip Out chain. The venue offers around nine attractions including a main trampoline arena, a foam pit, a ninja obstacle course, a reaction wall, trampoline basketball, an inflatable and both standard and toddler soft play. Timed jump sessions suit a wide range of ages, and dedicated Toddler Time sessions on term-time weekday mornings give under-5s a calmer, safer environment. Children aged 4 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult. There is an on-site cafe serving food and drink so parents can relax while the children bounce, plus party rooms for birthdays. Booking online in advance is recommended and all jumpers must complete a waiver before arriving, with grip socks required for trampolining. Open most days with extended Friday hours, and daily in school holidays, it is a popular rainy-day and birthday destination for families across York and the surrounding North Yorkshire area.
