About Netham Park

Netham Park is a large green space in east Bristol, in the Netham and Barton Hill area, owned and operated by Bristol City Council. It is primarily a sport and recreation park, with football pitches, a cricket pitch, a floodlit multi-use games area, a bowls club and a pavilion housing changing rooms and public toilets. The children's play provision is reached by footpaths from the main entrance on Avonvale Road and from the pavilion car park. It includes a fenced, dog-free zone for younger children with a large net climbing cone and slide, an orbiter roundabout, a space rocker, a dragonfly rocker seesaw, a rope bridge and a toddler slide. A separate area for older children offers an accessible nest seat swing, an altima climbing pole, a slingshot, a whirlwind spinner and an outdoor table tennis table. There is no admission charge and the park is open at all times. Parking is available at the pavilion car park. The council page does not confirm an on-site cafe.
