About Farmer Parr's Animal World
Farmer Parr's Animal World is an award-winning family visitor centre in Fleetwood, around six miles north of central Blackpool, combining an animal farm with play areas, a farming heritage museum and a tea room. The farm is home to farmyard favourites and British rare breeds alongside some more unusual residents, with examples including alpacas, deer, donkeys, cattle, goats, ducks, geese, guinea pigs, ferrets, chickens and peacocks. Scheduled sessions through the day let children hold and feed the animals, and seasonal tractor and pony rides add to the fun. When little legs need a change, there are indoor soft play areas and an outdoor play area, plus jumping pillows and a bouncy castle barn to burn off energy. A farming museum and pottery give the day an educational edge, while the on-site tea room serves hot and cold food and drinks. The site is open all year round, typically 10am to 5pm, with reduced admission prices over the winter months. Toilets, including accessible facilities, and on-site parking make it an easy, all-weather day out for families.
