About White Post Farm
White Post Farm & Zoo at Farnsfield, on the edge of Sherwood Forest around 16 miles north of Nottingham, is one of the biggest animal days out in the county, home to more than 3,000 animals. Alongside farmyard favourites such as pigs, goats and sheep, children can meet deer, wallabies, meerkats, reptiles, birds of prey, armadillos and tortoises, with animal fields and barns to wander around. Seasonal events including a Pumpkin Festival and Christmas experiences run through the year.
