About Tee-Rex Soft Play
Tee-Rex Soft Play is a dinosaur-themed indoor soft play at the Cardiff Golf Centre on Began Road in Old St Mellons, in the east of Cardiff. It is aimed squarely at younger children, with soft play designed for toddlers up to six years old, making it a gentle, less overwhelming option for families with little ones. Alongside the soft play frame there are imaginative role-play areas including a shop, a cafe, a vets and a builders yard, which encourage pretend play and keep young children engaged. The venue is fully air-conditioned, with a comfortable seating area where parents and carers can settle while their children play. An extensive cafe menu offers something for everyone, and the centre specialises in parties, with options to book the Dino Disco room or a private party for birthday celebrations. Entry is affordable, with weekday admission a little cheaper than weekends and a low rate for under-ones, while adults do not pay to enter, which is a welcome bonus for families. There is free parking available on site, making it an easy visit by car. With its toddler focus, role-play and relaxed setting, Tee-Rex is a popular choice for families with pre-school children in and around east Cardiff.
