About Freedog Bristol
Freedog Bristol is an indoor trampoline park and soft-play centre at Templegate Park on Mead Street in the Bedminster area of Bristol, part of the Flashpoint climbing and activity group. The venue combines open-bounce trampolines with ninja courses, a foam pit and soft-play areas, giving families a good mix of high-energy and gentler activities under one roof. Open Bounce sessions suit children aged 5 and over through to adults, while dedicated Toddler Bounce and soft-play sessions give the youngest visitors (roughly ages 0-7) a safer, calmer environment, including special Puppy Play mornings. There is an on-site cafe so parents can relax while the children play, plus party rooms for birthdays and dedicated parking information on the venue's website. Booking online in advance is recommended, particularly at weekends and during school holidays when sessions can get busy, and grip socks are required for trampolining.
