About Flip Out Preston
Flip Out Preston is an indoor trampoline park at Fishwick Park on Mercer Street, part of the national Flip Out chain. The venue combines a wall-to-wall trampoline arena with a stunt zone, Slamball basketball hoops, a foam pit, a kids arena and soft-play areas including dedicated toddler soft play. Timed jump sessions suit families with a wide range of ages, and the park runs special autism awareness sessions for visitors who prefer a quieter, calmer environment. For the youngest children there are Mini Flippers sessions designed for under-5s, who should be supervised by an adult. There is an on-site cafe serving food and drink so parents can relax while the children bounce, plus party rooms for birthdays. Booking online in advance is recommended and all jumpers must complete a waiver before arriving, with grip socks required for trampolining. Open most days outside Mondays in term time and daily in school holidays, it is a popular rainy-day and party destination for families across Preston and central Lancashire.
