About Newdale Park
Newdale Park is a neighbourhood green space in the Newdale area of Telford, off Gresham Drive, with a children's play park that is listed in Telford & Wrekin Council's find-a-playground directory. It serves the surrounding housing as an everyday spot for local families to let children run around and play close to home. The play area has benefited from investment in inclusive play equipment, part of the council's wider effort through its Councillors' Pride Fund to make play spaces usable by children of all abilities. The park is set within open green space suitable for informal play, picnics and walking. As with many of Telford's smaller neighbourhood parks, detailed facility information such as on-site toilets, parking and a cafe is not published on the council listing, so visitors planning a longer stay should check locally or treat it as a quick-visit local playground rather than a full day-out destination. Entry to the park and its play equipment is free.
