About Redcatch Park
Redcatch Park is a neighbourhood park in Knowle, south Bristol, managed by Bristol City Council. It packs a lot into a compact site: a children's playground, four tennis courts that are free for casual use with no booking needed, a multi-use games area, two bookable football pitches, landscaped garden features and a measured 600-metre walking and jogging route. The play equipment listed by the council includes a seesaw, a nest swing, trampolines, a cone climber, small and large multiplay units, rockers and swings. Alongside the park is the Redcatch Community Garden, which has grown from a disused bowling green into a thriving community project with a cafe, plenty of seating and spaces for growing and play. There is no admission charge and the park is open at all times. A small free car park is available off Broad Walk, subject to opening hours, with free on-street parking nearby, and public toilets are provided on site.
